- Orders placed by 3pm (Monday-Friday) aim to be dispatched on the same day.
- A Working Day is classed as Monday - Friday (not including any Public/Bank Holidays, Christmas/New Year periods).
Our couriers normally aim to make deliveries between the hours of 08:00 and 20:00, Monday to Saturday.
Some items are sent on a tracked service, so a signature may be required on delivery.

Please note deliveries outside of the U.K. can take anything up to 10 working days, and sometimes longer.
