We want you to be totally happy with your purchase from Nightingale PPE.

If for any reason you are not, simply return the item(s) to us in their original and unopened packaging for a Refund or Exchange. All items returned must be in a unworn, unused and resalable condition to be considered for a Refund or Exchange.

Due to the Coronavirus (Covid-19) we will not be accepting returns of any Nightingale PPE Product(s) that are dispatched in an un-sealed condition. This does not affect your statutory rights of returns for faulty or defective products.

What Is The Returns Procedure?

So that we can keep a track of returns, and also make sure we have stock in preparation for exchanges, please email us with your request or call us on the following number and obtain a Returns Reference Number (RRN).

Once you have been provided with a Returns Reference Number (RRN), please send the items to our Returns Department (address below), along with Returns Slip that will be sent to you by email. 

What Is The Return Period?

The Returns must be made within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery.

When Will I Receive the Refund?

Once we receive the item(s), and the item(s) have fulfilled our returns conditions, we will process your refund normally within seven (7) working days.

Please remember that refunds of payments made with a credit or debit card will depend on your bank or building society, so this may take a further few days to show on your account.

If the items do not fulfil the returns conditions, a refund will not be issued.

In such a case, the cost of replacement re-packaging or cleaning cost will be deducted from the refund or you will have to pay for the shipping cost to return the item back to you. We will notify you via email of the situation. 

Who pays the Return Shipping Cost?

Please note that our prices are extremely competitive to start with, it is our company policy not to pay for return postage costs.
